Our new builds process is simple. We expect customers to approach us with drawings, typically drawn by an architect. If the required new build is under 40 square metres, we can advise on some aspects of design.
Once drawings have been received, we can examine them and provide the cost to build a house
House Construction
Once we have priced your new build and have received payment, we begin construction of your new home. House construction for us consists of us making sure that we can gather the necessary materials, experts and documentation needed for building your house.
We make sure all of our new builds comply with the latest in safety regulations and standards.
